This news Article is focussed on the new digital era we're are going through. Digital revolution has made life much easier for us, we can communicate easier with one and another, we can take a picture of everything we see and it is captured digitally forever. There are a lot of similar pros one can come up with, but artists believe that this also has a downside when it comes down to art.
Critics believe that art should not be only focussed on the end-product part of it, creation process of art is as important. So when a poetry is written on a laptop for instance, it's value is less artistic than one that has been written on a typewriter. This is the view of an artist named Claire Askew and a lot of other artists from different branches of art share the same point of view.
Personal opinion: I disagree with this article, because art is art, weather it is created on a laptop, or by hand; if something is artistic, beautiful and unique it will get the respect it deserves from me. However I do take in consideration the way something is created and the effort the artist has put into it, based on this information I will decide the level of respect the piece of art gets from me.

Private schools line up to become free
In the UK allot of private schools are in line to become state schools. This meaning they will become free for the pupils and the parents have a wider variation of schools where they can send their children to. This may seem nice on the first glance but there are downsides to this story.
Critics believe that the government will invest too much money in the whole process of converting private schools into state schools, this leading to a scarce budget for renovating state schools who really are old and in need of a reconstruction.
Personal opinion: this news article is very interesting. Considering the fact that I have worked at schools, where I came to notice that they were in need of a reconstruction and innovation in the systems they use, I do believe that this is a wrong way to work with the budget a country has for it's education. Keeping a school up to date, with the newest systems (computers, internet, digital books etc) is very important for the pupils, they have to keep up with the rest of the world and make sure that they don't fall behind. This way their chance to make it in the business world becomes significantly higher.
